2004
The founding team began operations in construction, executing civil and high-rise projects.
2010
Participated in constructing multiple projects in Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces.
2013
Participated in developing The CBD Premium Home project, a high-quality project in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
2015
• Launched Green River District 8, marking the beginning of one of the best social housing projects in the region.
• Launched the Hi-Tech Tower warehouse and high-tech office project.
2016
• Participated in launching the premium project The Centana Thu Thiem.
• Handed over apartments at The CBD Premium Home.
• Completed procedures and preparations to launch 690 Barkley St., West Footscray.
2017
Launched project 690 Barkley St., West Footscray, Australia.
2020
• Handed over apartments at The Centana Thu Thiem.
• Launched project 53 King St., Dandenong, Australia.
2021
• Completed investment structure and partner ecosystem (construction – design – legal).
• Hi-tech Tower became operational.
• Handed over Green River District 8.
2022
Handed over project 53 King St., Dandenong, Australia.
2023
Launched project 15 Coronation St., Sunshine North, Australia.
2024
• Established H.Home brand for social housing & affordable housing. Standardized legal processes, project development models, and long-term operational mindset.
• Launched project 71 Whitehall St., Footscray, Australia.
• Launched Phase 1 of Hi-Tech Da Nang.
2025
Transitioned model and brand to Nhat Gia Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
